Foundational Excellence Program

If you have been in the fresh produce industry for less than five years and wish to expand your foundational knowledge, experience this one-day immersion from Cornell University’s top professors and learn alongside your peers in an intimate classroom environment. 

Global Trade Symposium

The Global Trade Symposium (GTS) is the annual gathering of international produce traders from around the globe.  Hosted by Perishable Pundit Jim Prevor, the GTS brings together the best minds – from industry and academia – to discuss the intricacies, trends, and challenges of fruit and vegetable import and export in an ever-changing world. 

Ideation Foodservice Forum

Foodservice experts – from top execs to chefs to suppliers and marketing boards – discuss ways to increase fresh produce consumption at restaurants.  Attendees bring home profitability-boosting initiatives and impactful strategies to capture guests’ imagination of fresh produce offerings.

Spouse Program

The retail tour will visit 4-6 stores within the locale, from large-scale supermarkets to niche, boutique stores offering something for every facet of the industry.  Complete tour details will be posted when finalized.  (Tour schedule may be impacted by local traffic conditions.  Return time to Hilton is NOT guaranteed)

Spouses/Companions are invited to accompany registrants to the Opening Cocktail Party and, the following morning, they can join the spouse / companion group for a fun-filled day of pampering, sight-seeing, and shopping.
