Jill Overdorf

Jill is founder and president of The Produce Ambassador, which provides strategic insight, brand development, and innovative solutions for the foodservice, produce, hospitality and culinary sectors. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who honed her skills in the kitchens at Osteria del Circo in New York City to The Getty Museum in Los Angeles, Jill has worked in, and advised on, all facets of the food industry. That included corporate executive chef and business development roles at Cooseman’s L.A. Shipping and Naturipe Farms, as well as chef roles at DreamWorks Studios and The Ross School. A strong proponent of sustainability, she chairs the Executive Committee on the L.A. Food Policy Council and is a regular contributor in her “Produce on the Menu” columns in Produce Business magazine.
